Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or official holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, shipping address, and selected carrier. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Local Pickup (Maryland only): Available by appointment

3. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please contact us for special international order inquiries.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, customs, etc.), but we will do our best to assist you.
